Return and Exchange Policy

FAULTY /WRONG ITEM(S) RECEIVED
At Vglamour, we seek to provide you quality products. We sincerely apologize if we had mailed you a defective/wrong item/size/color. Please email us at customer@vglamour.com about it and we get back to you as soon as we can.
Vglamour will reimburse postage incurred for faulty/wrong item(s) sent to you. Please note that we only proceed on if the item was purchase directly from us.
All exchanges will be done via mailing only.

RETURN FOR MERCHANDISE
Vglamour ONLY accepts returns for items that have been purchased directly from us (except Sale Merchandise, Intimates, Accessories and Bags). Please take a snapshot of the item received together your contact details, the 6-digit order number and forward to us at customer@vglamour.com
For your Returns to be valid, all parcel have to be mailed back within 10 working days (20 working days for International Customers) from the day the parcel was delivered. A credit note will be issued upon the receipt of your item. The credit will be valid for 30 days and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable. Credit notes issued can only be utilized in one transaction, depending on the quantity issued, any excess amount will not be refunded.
It is advisable for you to mail the item via mode of delivery that allows tracking. Vglamour will not proceed with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for loss mail sent via normal mail.
Returns will only be done for our items in its original conditions Tag intact, unworn, no perfume smell, unwashed and altered. Request for exchanging of articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
Email us to inform that you have sent out the parcel and the Tracking No.
There may be a 0.5” to 0.8” difference in our given measurement and such variances are NOT considered as a defect.
We take no responsibility for damages caused by mishandling of products during laundry. We advise that you refer to our Garment Care section for washing instruction.
All image & content on our websites are an accurate depiction of actual items you’ll receive. However, actual colors of the items might diff due to lighting conditions when item was photographed or monitor resolution. If you have any queries or concerns, please get in touch with us first before making your purchase.
A refund case will only be processed if the items have ran out of stock for exchange.
All returns are final. If you would like to purchase the again, you will have to purchase it directly from our website.
